Leak detection principle of air tightness detector

Air tightness tester, also known as air tightness tester, sealing tester and leak detector, is an indispensable air tightness testing equipment in the production process. The traditional air tightness detection mainly adopts water immersion method or oil immersion visual bubble method, which is troublesome and inefficient. However, the air tightness tester is simple in equipment, intuitive in results, stable and accurate in test data, and more efficient than traditional methods in product air tightness detection.

Industry application: air tightness and water resistance test of auto parts, security, communication, digital, daily chemical, hardware, plastics, electronics, toys, lighting and other products.


Leak detection principle of air tightness detector:


1. Make one end of the device closed, and one section of the device is in contact with water and is in a closed state. Then observe the liquid level difference to prove that the sealing is good.


2. Put one end of the catheter into water and heat the test tube. If bubbles come out, stop heating. After a period of time, the liquid level remains unchanged, which proves that the device has good air tightness.


3. Use the double hole plug of the separating funnel and the tube insertion device, close the piston of the separating funnel, put one end of the tube into the water, and heat the flask. If bubbles come out, stop heating. After a period of time, the liquid level remains unchanged, which proves that the device has good air tightness.


4. Use the double hole plug insertion device of the long necked funnel and the conduit, close the pipe clamp, and inject water from the long necked funnel to form a suspended water column. After a period of time, the water column remains unchanged, which proves that the device has good air tightness.
