Testing standard for airtightness tester

The airtightness tester is an instrument used for comprehensive testing of products on the production line. It is mainly used to detect whether the product leaks, and can also be understood as testing whether the protective performance of the product meets the corresponding standards.

What are the testing standards for the airtightness tester? The GBT25752-2010 pressure differential airtightness tester in the standard specifies the testing standards for airtightness testers.

1、 According to the airtightness tester shown, it can be divided into several categories based on the measured pressure:

1. Vacuum airtightness tester, testing pressure area 1 × 105Pa (gauge pressure range is -100kPa~0kPa)

2. Micro pressure airtightness tester, with a testing pressure range of 1 × 105Pa to 1.5 × 105Pa (gauge pressure range of 0kPa to 50kPa)

3. Low pressure airtightness tester, with a testing pressure range of 1.5 × 105Pa to 3 × 105Pa (gauge pressure range of 50kPa to 200kPa)

4. Medium pressure airtightness tester, with a testing pressure range of 3 × 105Pa to 8 × 105Pa (gauge pressure range of 200kPa to 700kPa)

5. High pressure airtightness tester, testing pressure above 8 × 105Pa (gauge pressure above 700kPa)

2、 Specify the standard parameters for the airtightness tester:

1. Flow meter: allowable error shall not exceed ± 1%

2. Pressure gauge: allowable error shall not exceed ± 1%

3. Differential pressure gauge: allowable error shall not exceed ± 0.5%

4. Calibration vulnerability: allowable error shall not exceed ± 5%

5. Volume corrector: allowable error shall not exceed ± 1%

3、 Requirements for the testing standard environment of the airtightness tester:

1. Temperature: 15 ℃~30 ℃.

2. Relative humidity: not exceeding 85%.

3. Atmospheric pressure: Based on the local laboratory pressure.

4. The medium should be clean and dry air, with a dew point temperature not exceeding -25 ℃.

5. There is no turbulent airflow, turbulent heat flow, severe vibration, strong electric field, or strong magnetic field in the environment.
