When using a standard airtight container for testing, the following steps need to be followed:
1. Install standard tank
Firstly, install the standard tank onto the airtighter. The installation sequence of standard tanks is generally from small to large, with small volume standard tanks installed first and then large volume standard tanks installed.
2. Calibration standard tank
Before using the standard tank, it is necessary to calibrate it to ensure the accuracy of the test results. When calibrating, it is necessary to connect the standard tank to the vacuum pump, evacuate it to a certain pressure, and then record the pressure value at this time.
3. Conduct testing
Before conducting the test, the sample needs to be sealed in an airtight chamber. Then inject a certain amount of gas into the sample through a gas tightness meter and record the pressure value at this time.
Next, it is necessary to wait for a certain amount of time for the gas in the sample to reach equilibrium. After the test is completed, record the pressure change value inside the standard tank and judge the airtightness performance of the sample based on the pressure change value.
