The 5G antenna does not have any inflation holes and requires a replica mold to be made according to the customer's product appearance. By injecting a certain amount of compressed air into the mold and using our airtightness detector to observe the real-time changes in air pressure inside the mold, we can determine whether there is any leakage in the product. According to the customer's waterproof rating requirement of IP67, a test pressure of 10kpa has been set for the customer, which corresponds to their waterproof rating.
